FUTRURIST LIFE REDUX

Futurist Life Redux is a 45 minute curated film programme, curated by Lana Wilson, Performa and Andrew Lampert, Anthology Film
Archives. The film programme was commissioned by SFMOMA,
Performa and Portland Green Cultural Projects for Perform09 – the
Performa biennial.
A group of contemporary film and video artists were invited to create
their own versions of the original segments in Vita Futurista, 1916,
the only official Futurist film, created by a committee of Futurists,
which has since disappeared.
The participating artists in Futurist Life Redux are:
